All products listed on Benshe are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.
We strive to display product images and details accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. In case of unavailability after ordering, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or full refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as flexible payment options via Clearpay.
Full payment must be made before the order is processed.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before completing your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping is completely free on all UK orders.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Benshe is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material from our website without prior written consent.
