At Benshe, we aim to deliver your favourite trainers quickly, safely, and efficiently across the United Kingdom. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary slightly during busy periods, promotional events, or due to courier delays.
