Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Benshe, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item easily by following the guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In its original packaging (including shoe box)

    • In the same condition you received it

    • If a return is requested without a valid reason, 10% of the order amount will be deducted as merchant processing fees before issuing the refund.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging may not be accepted.


2. Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or model is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our support team at info@benshe.shop with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We’ll respond with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


6. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn shoes or trainers with visible signs of use

  • Accessories such as socks, insoles, or cleaning products

  • Sale or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
